You must notify pmjili support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Account registration and use is subject to successful completion of Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification, which may include submission of a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
pmjili accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven cash-in. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. pmjili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Deposits are credited to your pmjili wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pmjili does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pmjili accepts no responsibility.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, pmjili's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall pmjili's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
